If they have an AMERICAN CHILD, then the child may receive a minute amount of welfare if they qualify. As it stands, these children ARE Americans and not illegals, and you can not take these American Children's welfare away from them, to pay for the wall....BECAUSE they ARE American CITIZENS....and not illegal.

Without a constitutional amendment, anyone born on our soil, are American citizens and I don't see that changing anytime soon....

so your opinion piece, is simply a wish and a hope, with little chance of being a realistic reality.
