The companies should not be threatened. The courts are the best way to handle this and not threats.

Most of the rioters were caught, being charged, or still in jail. There is absolutely no reason to suspect any member of Congress had anything to do with it. When people text many say personal things to loved ones they don't want the world to know about, or engage in discussions of personal finance. Arming the Communists with such information gives them the opportunity to blackmail other members of Congress.
