It is Biden, Inslee and the rest of the commie democrats who think greater river flows will save the salmon. The haven't been able to breach the four lower Snake R. dams so they are targeting the farmers. Time to target every democrat at election time.

U R spot on CA, one only needs to scratch the surface to see the HIDDEN MARXINAZI true agenda. The time is coming, hopefully with the next Trump administration that the DNC corporation is set down & well lectured about their back door anti constitutionalist activity. Okay but this was done at the state level and supported by the republican governor and not the result of Bill Gates or some other nonsense. Is was to make sure that farmers aren't drawing more water off aquifers than is being replenished to avoid the crap that has happened in California with the ground sinking due to water extraction.
