The existing IRS Code permits corporations to move their headquarters address (address only) to a foreign country which enables them to continue business as usual here in the U.S. but to avoid paying taxes. It's that simple and a number of major corporations have already done that, the most recent being Walgreen Pharmaceuticals.

Now Pfizer Pharmaceuticals is preparing to do the same thing by moving their corporate address to Ireland. This will leave the ordinary taxpayer, you and me, to compensate for the loss of taxes on a $35billion profit margin.

You're mistaken Pfizer is hurting /already/ when those subsidies go and are no longer covering their existing ACA profit losses, they're hosed. (Edit: forgot to say check the quarterly tab, they're showing a loss of $172M for last year.)

What it shows is that Pfizer hasn't recovered from the crash (not uncommon) and that they are not on track to recover to that level either, if you look at their daily trading they are just bumping along at about the same. The reason their stocks are sitting flat is because they are on a downward slide of consistent profit loss. They also sold out twice the number of shares to keep their profit if you look closely.
