If your standing .mil can't handle the situation then it's time to look to other solutions that don't involve killing-off your country's youth.

In the end I don't suspect it will matter to the average Ukrainian which corrupt POS is in charge.

Yeah, they probably need more training. When I went into Basic Training it was 9 weeks. Of course, they spent far more time teaching us to march and how to fold our underwear than anything tactical.
