To a point. Trump was mostly who you thought he was. Bombastic, narcissistic, entertaining. He did follow up on the Wall (did not make Mexico pay for it --- not sure why); he did reinvest in the military; he did lower corporate tax rates; he did move our embassy into Jerusalem; he did systematically take out terrorist leaders; he actually stepped foot on North Korean soil and negotiated with them; he did hold China accountable.

Biden has been a complete failure when it comes to what he said he would do and what he has done to date IMO.

Politics is about optics. When a POTUS cannot get Congress to pass enough bills for his signature it becomes a reflection of his administration. When the legislature gets bogged down with caterwauling, the system slows to a crawl. If it’s his own party the problem is magnified.

Voters will see incompetence regardless of cause. They will focus on what is wrong not what has been accomplished.
