We also haven't heard that there has never been a hospitalization bed shortage.

Compared to how many beds have been needed: at most 17,000... again vs 924,107 beds.
So why haven't we heard?
My conclusion is it is political. The media has tried EVERYTHING to destroy Trump, Russia, Ukraine, Flynn, etc. and even

You may actually be right, to some extent, insofar as the media is "selling papers" (views, hits) and wish to draw attention to the lethality of the contagion...

And outlets like CNN and MSNBC probably do, indeed, take some delight in serving-up figures that reflect badly upon a job very badly done...

But you also need to ask yourself why Fox News and other conservative -centric outlets don't focus more on the 94% survivor domain themselves, eh?

Bottom line... if Rump were a better man... or a better leader... or had done a better job on preparing for the pandemic early-on, there would have been little to fuss about.

The number is considerably higher than 94%, as it's impossible to tell how many people have in fact been exposed.....All the credible evidence shows that the Covid is really no more deadly than the seasonal flu.

One may have mild symptoms , or even be asymptomatic ...and never really know they had it
