6 big changes coming to public schools thanks to union smashdown

What has not been thought out by anyone is how are high performing teachers going to be protected from administrators who are bad? So now a bad administrator (there are lots of them kinda like these is a very high percentage of bad ceos and corporate management out to hurt their best employees) can simply fire any teacher for zero season. Hmmmm. I'm all for firing bad workers but there is zero protection for good productive workers in the conflict that exists between worker and management. And yes that conflict always exists.

That is a universal problem not remotely confined to academia.

Did you read the article? Nope you did not, it is stated clearly that in the writers experience NO UNION has adequately ever successfully protected a teacher from administrators EVER.

Yep. But you never ever hear of a lying democrat nor hidy tidy republican mention this because In their eyes workers don't mean a thing. Yet they tell us (lie) how they can surely relate to the plight of the working man. What's even more foolish is working class people (not wealthy) buy into the lies.

It is a sad day for education! Man the repukes are just taking the nation back to the middle ages.

I don't see it as that big of a deal. However backward states like west Virginia and Oklahoma where one could make more dying a slow death in a retail chain than teaching is a head scratcher. They obviously don't believe in education. It's now going to be left up to the states and states that value education will attract the best and the states that don't will attract flies.....as it should be.

Wait so now it's not just evil capitalist shorting the poor worker, now any boss shafts his employees?

How can we get any worse than we are? We spend the most per student and rank somewhere near the bottom in Internationally recognized PISA tests?

This is another example of the proven universal truth that; Anything dimocrap FILTH control they turn to shit.

Just another time where Conservatives are happy that the big guy can now pick on those in a worse position than them.

Unions have their negatives, like when money paid as dues is wasted to protect those that break the rules and should obviously lose their jobs, but those same unions help negotiate raises, benefits, and make sure workers get reasonable working conditions.

With Trump's EPA rollbacks, rollbacks for the protection of victimized parts of society, and various other rollbacks, there will continue to be a larger gap between social classes in the United States creating even more instability and animosity... weakening democracy. This is EXACTLY what Putin wanted Trump in office to do.

Ever notice something about SCUM OF THE EARTH dimocrap FILTH????

They virtually always talk about one group or another. Unions, blacks, hispanics, illegals, teachers, women, etc ad nauseam

Never about America as a whole. Virtually never unless they're lying about something.

It's always about a small group.

THAT is the most significant difference between us and them. We are more interested in America as a Country, they are only interested in single groups of people, often to the detriment of America

More is needed than the Eeoc. Problematic employers need to be out on their toes. Keep them feeling uncomfortable.

I hate to tell you this, but the mid-lower and lower class is actually a much larger group of people than the upper class.

When good workers are protected them america as a nation does better. Does that resonate edge?

But I'm sure Donald Trump is much smarter than Gandhi right?

Ever notice how some people just would willingly toss workers under the bus? Unreal.

I've educated my kids that they look out for themselves and their families first. That's why a college education was mandatory for them. In our system it's all about doing that first and foremost. It's a dog way dog eat race society and the dollar is the king.
