That was a private sale.
No it wasn't. It was an attempt to compete a private sale. Fortunately a gun seller with ethics saw something he didn't like and did something to stop the transaction.
I take it you don't have ethics and would sell a gun to anybody. They got the money. It's a private sale. Here you go felon. Have a gun.

The gun seller didn't do anything..the ATF agents saw the guy and followed him...after the sale they talked to the seller.......moron.....
When a felon is caught with a gun they can be arrested...just like this guy was......we don't need to force normal gun owners to jump through any more hoops...we have all the gun laws we need....and we obviously have the police techniques we need because they caught this guy....
I have also posted all the other guys they have caught, not with background checks, but with criminal snitches......
