9% Congress - worn out from repealing ACA 40 times - takes another 1 month vacation

Has nothing to do with what I said.

The House HAS passed a budget and they HAVE sent it to the Senate.

The question is this. Why haven't the Democrats done as they call for the Republicans to do? They have the bills. Vote on them. Yes or no, but do something.

The House HAS done their job.

The Senate considered and rejected the House's useless piece of shit budget months ago. Shortly before passing their own.

And no, the House didn't do their job. They've now acknowledged that they've failed to pass a workable budget, exposing their useless posturing for what was (as was obvious at the time). To review: even the House has been unable to produce actual appropriations bills in accordance with its own budget. That's because its budget is a meaningless, unworkable pile of shit.

They need to get back to square one and pass a real budget resolution.
Did they vote on the bill sent to them? Do you not understand the question?

The Senate cannot begin legislation on appropriations. That is the responsibility of the House, and the House alone.

In regards to one post how many vacations has Obama taken? In regards to Federal Employee furlough's of one day a week that was due to the sequester cuts which was the brainchild of President Obama who also promised to veto any legislation which would stop them from taking effect or given him any flexibility in deal with them.

Sequester is Congresses baby and Congress' alone

They had a job to do. Reach consensus on spending cuts. They didn't even try

Wrong as usual they met what the President wanted and then he CHANGED what he wanted. It was a set up from the go.

Bipartisan support can come as soon as the Democrats begin to compromise.

The House has done its job. It is time for the Senate to act.
Just stop it...

Nobody is buying
Nobody?

Or just you?

You see, a great many Americans are waking up to the fact that the House of Representatives has been passing laws all year long. When the media says, "House GOP wasting their time," the people are going, "WTF? The House passed this bill and that bill."

They are also beginning to ask why it is such a waste of time for the House to do this if it is "dead on arrival".

They are correctly beginning to say to themselves, "If the Senate and the President have already made up their minds that they won't work with the House, then why are they lying to us by saying that the House isn't doing its job?"

You see, in order to do their job, they don't have to follow the President or the Senate's idea of policy. They only have to follow their own ideology.
But yet? The POTUS is going around the country stating he is 'willing' to work with the House...when his history shows otherwise.

He also called them in the same breath 'obstructionists', and something of 'Phoney Scandals'...

People ARE buying into it...no thinking involved on their part and the O knows it...LCD tactics...the 'uninformed voter' he is speaking to.

Did they vote on the bill sent to them?

The Senate voted down the Ryan budget on March 21.

The Senate cannot begin legislation on appropriations. That is the responsibility of the House, and the House alone.

Are you not understanding this? My point is that the House tried and failed to design appropriations bills in accordance with the Ryan budget. Turns out even the nutbars in the House can't make it work, even for symbolic purposes.

They can't make their heralded budget work when it comes time to operationalize it. It's an unworkable piece of shit.

Some, yes. But people ARE beginning to wake up to the fact that the House is doing their job. And they hear it from the main stream media each time that they say, "its a symbolic gesture".

People who actually comprehend what is being said understand that to mean that the Democrats will refuse to work with the GOP.

Provide the vote count where the full Senate voted no on the House budgetary bill they sent them.

BTW.....your link.

AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
To amend the resolution.

They voted down an amendment.

And visa-versa at this point. The GOP has bent over backwards...much to their dismay? THEY have been neutered.

The Republicans have filibustered every Obama budget bill since 2009.

Therefore, Obama and Congress have been forced to live under Bush's 2009 budget passed in 2008.

Lucky us .... eh?

yes.

this is what happens to any politician or political party that wishes to stay in power over doing what is right.

The GOP have the Democrats by the short curlies, and they are too stupid to even see it.

I have to run...see you later.

The 9% Congress deserves their 8 vacations this year to rest from that effort.

No?
