The House HAS passed a budget and they HAVE sent it to the Senate.
The question is this. Why haven't the Democrats done as they call for the Republicans to do? They have the bills. Vote on them. Yes or no, but do something.
The House HAS done their job.
The Senate considered and rejected the House's useless piece of shit budget months ago. Shortly before passing their own.
And no, the House didn't do their job. They've now acknowledged that they've failed to pass a workable budget, exposing their useless posturing for what was (as was obvious at the time). To review: even the House has been unable to produce actual appropriations bills in accordance with its own budget. That's because its budget is a meaningless, unworkable pile of shit.
They need to get back to square one and pass a real budget resolution.
The Senate cannot begin legislation on appropriations. That is the responsibility of the House, and the House alone.
