Point is very few cross so it does not make fiscal sense to increase border security from US to Canada. If it were only 300 on the southern border then no one would complain. Instead it’s hundreds of thousands. If that starts happening in Canada we will need to address that too. I hope that clearly explains my point of view. Thank you.

The wish for border security itself isn't racist at all. The ATTITUDE Trump has had toward those wanting to enter this country and the broad brush he has used to sloppily infer they are all criminals, drug dealers, murderers and rapists and definitely "not their best" is pretty racist sounding. A lot of the people supporting his Wall are definitely Hispanic haters, and they admit it here. So it's a little more subtle than the question you asked.
