Where ever I go, there I am.
Scientists Say Women Need To Stop Wearing Bras Immediately

“Medically, physiologically, anatomically, the breast does not benefit from being deprived of gravity,” Jean-Denis Rouillon, a professor at the University of Franche-Comté in Besançon, told France Info.
The study was conducted at the university’s hospital where Rouillon measured and examined the breasts of 300 women, aged 18 to 35, noting how the support from bras impacted their bodies and health over time.

His findings? Women who didn’t use a bra actually benefited in the long run. Their breasts had more muscle tissue and natural support. When bras were worn, some tissue didn’t grow, which actually caused sagging to happen faster and more severely.

You're welcome.

Since I don't work anymore, and don't have to worry about the men I worked with googoogahgahing my breasts if I went bra-less, it's been quite liberating! (Now only have the hubby to try to contain)

I also hear that women 18-25 have healthier skin on their breasts if they don't wear shirt as well.:beer:

i love tan lines, it's just so naughty to see the white below and beyond the lines...my hubby has the greatest butt in the whole wide world, and so pearl white compared to the tanned rest of him....we have been in the north for almost 20 years now and he still has his tan lines from when we were beachcombers in Florida.

ok ok too much information....understand! :D

For those who have had to wear them, know how they can bite and will understand.

I can understand that those in the double letter don't want the girls around their waist, and those with back problems need the balance to reduce pain, but for most women the idea of bra burning has a certain appeal.

Some can be sexy. Some can make a good dress look great. Runners might be more comfortable with a stretch sports bra.
For women who can can dress for comfort, leave the bra in the drawer
