My heart beating in my chest is pumping blood to every part of my body. The baby inside the woman's body is not the recipient of the woman's blood. That is what the placenta is for, to exchange food and oxygen from the woman to her baby and carry away waste.

Go Google: RH factor in pregnancy to see what happens when a fetus has a different blood type than it's Mother.
The fetus gets it's DNA from it's Mother and Father. Except the mitochondria DNA comes only from the Mother.
