There has been repeated request for actual evidence of this happening and we have received very weak to none... There is nothing that would concern a judge.

Why ban poll watchers? Is that even legal?

There are not banned... The state has all poll watchers at a certain distance. Poll watchers are not necessarily from campaigns and the security of the ballots has to protected... Would you be happy with 100+ people walking in between desks of a count.

The Campaign has representatives who look at every ballot after they are taken out of the envelope and flattened. They can object (either one). This is then sent to an impartial who decides what to do with it...

So poll watchers are just general people from the public...
