It will be on the warrant.WHAT are his CRIMES. surada
Garland should have recused himself. IT LOOKS like Garland has been radicalized against Trump because he feels he was denied his chance to sit on SC when Trump was elected.....for then...Garland's appointment was canned. SURE looks fishy To MILLIONS of Americans.
More lies and slander. Trump has the warrant. The FBI didn't steal anything or plant anything.
Then why didn't they allow his lawyer to oversee the search and even sent her outside of the residence?
It's not obvious at all, nor is that cited anywhere in these documents. Biden and Garland have not made a compelling case. You folks got played AGAIN. Don't you ever get tired of it?he obviously wasn’t cooperating given they walked out of his house with top secret documents on Monday.
There was a subpoena. It was ignored. So what could have been accomplished with a subpoena instead turned into Garland's Panty Raid? What a clown show this administration is. It is well established that Trump was already cooperating with feds. This raid clearly sends a message, don't cooperate, they'll raid you anyway.
FBI took 11 sets of classified material from Trump's Mar-a-Lago home while investigating possible Espionage Act violations
The Justice Department removed 11 sets of classified documents from former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence while executing a search warrant this week for possible violations of the Espionage Act and other crimes, according to court documents unsealed and released on Friday.www.cnn.com
The search warrant for Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home shows the FBI recovered 11 sets of classified documents from its search earlier this week, including some materials marked as "top secret/SCI" -- one of the highest levels of classification, according to documents from the search warrant that were released Friday.
The search warrant identifies three federal crimes that the Justice Department is looking at as part of its investigation: violations of the Espionage Act, obstruction of justice and criminal handling of government records, according to The New York Times. The inclusion of the crimes indicates the Justice Department has probable cause to investigate those offenses as it was gathering evidence in the search. No one has been charged with a crime at this time.
Tax evasion, wire fraud, inciting the attack on the Capitol, trying to change the votes in Georgia.
But you're ignoring my point. No way the FBI would have let this be confidential because the goal of the raid was to embarrass Trump.
Any Democrat politician's home suspected of harboring classified material has been subject to the same treatment."
It is an important social skill and sign of maturity to not be embarrassed by people who are deliberately trying to embarrass you.
Merrick Göring was forced to.Garland Moves to Release Details on Search of Trump’s Home
So you've all been demanding the release of the warrant, eh?
Be careful what you ask for. Garland has called your bluff.
Now that the AG has asked the judge to allow him to release the warrant to the public, along with an inventory of what was seized at Trump's hideout, Trump has until 3 pm tomorrow to put the kibosh on the request.
Will he? What excuse will he give?
Mr. Garland said he had personally approved the search after the failure of “less intrusive” attempts to retrieve material taken from the White House by Mr. Trump.
Mr. Garland provided no details. But the person briefed on the matter said investigators had been concerned about material from what the government calls “special access programs,” a designation even more classified than “top secret” that is typically reserved for extremely sensitive operations carried out by the United States abroad or for closely held technologies and capabilities.
Government officials have expressed concern that allowing highly classified materials to remain at Mr. Trump’s home could leave them vulnerable to efforts by foreign adversaries to acquire them, according to another person familiar with the Justice Department’s thinking.
Change votes in Georgia: He never said change the votes, he said find the votes, as in there must be something wrong with the counting.
When? Got a link? There was a subpoena. It was ignored.
Top secret and secret… some “eyes only” stuffUh huh.
How about the inventory of what was recovered?
Boxes of classified materials.
Nothing was declassified. That was already established. Get with the program.Actually, it is reported to be 12 packets. I assume they are referencing some folders maybe? And I don’t know if the reporting is accurate.
I do know that Patel previously revealed that then President Trump had declassified the materials.
So, I know you’re getting all moist thinking “this time! At LAST! We’ve GOT him!” And yet, as has been your experience for over five years, be prepared once again to be fully disappointed.
It’s fun laughing at you, butchie!
Was his lawyer at his home in Mara Lago? Why was she there? Trump was in NYC.
