Umm no. No they don't. You don't get to be a vigilante. There's a reason the police exist, and it's so private citizens aren't going around taking matters into their own hands. Who made them judge jury and executioner? Seriously. Even if he was there stealing shit from the construction site, the penalty for that is death?

And I dont like criminals, if Mr Arbery was committing a crime he should have gone to jail. Why are you defending the people who were definitely committing a crime (2nd Degree Murder) on tape?

Wouldn’t it only be relevant if his record was known at the time? Also. Call the Fing police. It’s not your job to chase this guy down and shoot him because he was stealing some shit from a construction site.

If they say he was acting suspicious like a package thief and it turns out that he has a record of it, his record would support their suspicions about his behavior.

CALL THE POLICE! It’s really that simple. You seeing someone acting suspicious around your neighborhood doesn’t give you license to get in your truck with your buddies to run them down and execute them. Regardless of their past criminal record. Which they weren’t aware of, but even if the6 were, still doesn’t give them legal standing to do anything other than call the police.
