Mars has a cloud made of water ice called the Arsia Mons Elongated Cloud IIRC, it appears during the solstice, and hangs around for a few months. The rest of the clouds are dust from the surface blown up into the atmosphere by the powerful winds.

They have water vapor clouds, but also clouds formed of dry ice crystals CO2
