American Patriot Forced to Plead Guilty

Gosh, you'd think this guy would have objected then if there is "no authority" to have the police.

The police were formally created by Congress in 1828 following the assault on John Adams II, the son of John Quincy Adams, in the Capitol rotunda. The United States Capitol Police had as its original duty the provision of security for the United States Capitol.[10]
And that was how long ago? Obviously we still don't need them, especially if they are going to arrest patriots peacefully protesting a stolen election.

An American patriot protesting the stolen election was forced to plead guilty by Biden's DOJ.

---Coffman, an Army veteran from the town of Falkville in northern Alabama, was among the first people indicted in the Capitol riot probe. Two Capitol Police officers were sweeping the area with police canines when they spotted what appeared to be the handle of a gun on the front passenger seat of his red GMC Sierra pickup truck, federal prosecutors said.---

1. the general election of November 3, 2020 was N-O-T "stolen" --- your Orange Baboon-God lost Bigly

2. if the sonofabitch had guns and molotov cocktails in his possession just prior to the Insurrection then they should lock him up and throw away the key

Phukk him...

Nobody. They nailed his stupid trailer-trash a$$ before he COULD harm anyone... but they're gonna crucify the little bastard... and rightfully so...

Assumptions, is that really all you have? You'll note there is no timeline in the link. They guy was probably getting ready to head back to Alabama.

.

All are executive branch agencies. And all derive their authority directly from the president. Article 2, Section 3. There is no such authority in Article 1. Now that you've been educated, go away you pathetic loser.

.
Guess who signed the bill to give the DC police 'authority'?
Abraham Lincoln, you dumbass.
Just like any other bill.
Yeah, run along, keep studying your Trump U. 'Civics' correspondence course lessons.

Did you read the article you linked?

"Officers searched the truck and discovered it was equipped for war. Among the weapons found inside the interior and truck bed were: three guns, including an assault-style rifle; hundreds of rounds of ammunition; several machetes; camouflage smoke devices; a stun gun; a crossbow with bolts; and 11 Molotov cocktails in the form of mason jars with gasoline inside and a hole punched at the top."

And when he returned to the truck the police found 2 more guns on his person. Protesting? He was there to protest like the BLM rioters were "protesting".

He broke numerous laws and will be held accountable.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
And TWO THREADs by these idiots. Well, when you have to defend an attempted coup you're not really playing a winning hand. LOL

Funny, he wasn't charged with treason, yet you ignorant commies insist on making these claims with zero evidence. I guess facts are irrelevant to your commie propaganda.

.

Whether I produce evidence that the capital police have the authority to arrest the terrorist or not, the terrorist is in jail. End of story.
It's an interesting stretch to say the const doesn't empower congress to protect the capital. But when you're defending an attempted coup of the United States govt .... you're not playing a winning hand. LOL
