An actual solution to institutional racism.....can be done today.

The democrat party is the home of racism....racists of all skin colors seek to use the party to attack their enemies, protect their friends and to exploit race to gain power......yet all of the cities that faced riots were completely controlled by the democrat party, that includes all levels of the police and education systems in those cities. So any problem of racism...can be found with the democrat party

Here is a solution that will fix the democrat party..

All members of the democrat party will resign, and they will be immediately replaced by Americans who are minorities.......this can be done without any other action from the government.

Governors in all states can immediately appoint their replacements, republican Governors can replace the racist white democrats with conservative, republican minorites..........the democrat party will of course need to be disbanded and a new party created...one without the racist past of the democrat party.

In hollywood......all those democrat party members who support the racist group Black Lives Matter, can stop acting, and hand over all future rolls to minorities.....we'll throw that in for fun.

Oh.....I forgot one thing......going forward.....white, racist democrats can simply stop running for office in the racist, democrat party......this will absolutely guarantee that the democrat party no longer has white racists in it.........they can simply vote for the minority candidates in the future........and this too can be done overnight...

Joe biden can leave the race and the party can simply pick a minority Presidential Candidate and VP....
