Violations of Federal Immigration Laws are handled by way of arrest and bail to a criminal court, not a civil court.

I have asked this question multiple times myself, how can a violation of any of our laws prohibiting entry without permission not be a crime.

The only thing that I could ascertain is that some of the violations are a violation of the civil code and apparently not a "crime" per se.
