Angry Black Mob Shuts Down Speech

Haven't you heard? Blacks are exempt from being held accountable from all bad behavior. It's like in the Constitution and stuff.

Well, I dunno. I haven't checked the "living Constitution" today to see if it has sprouted any new emanations and penumbras. So I guess it could be there now.

Actually you would have to have them sue unlike any other product, because the product is working as intended. You only get to sue for dangerous products when the danger is due to it not functioning properly.
another end run around the constitution, what I expect from filth like you.

Cigarettes worked as intended, the Tobacco industry still lost a bunch of lawsuits and had to change their behavior.

We can do the same to guns.

So you're saying we can sue the Democratic Party, and you personally, for the murders and violence provoked by Black Lives Matters? Sounds good to me.

Well, no, because no murders were committed by black lives matters.

They were committed by mentally unstable people who were able to buy guns.

Which brings us back to the gun industry.

No, because the guns are functioning as intended. No one is hiding the way a gun works.

Pull trigger, click, boom, bullet.

I really don't know why leftists think this is going to have anything but negative effects for them in the long-term.

The backlash that's building up to this crap is going to be huge, and sadly, black people who want nothing to do with these uncivilized cretins are likely going to end up suffering right along with them.
Born-Rich Whites Despise, Hate, and Fear All Other White People

This is been going on for over 50 years without provoking an effective reaction to crush it. Feralphiles know that opponents are all talk and no action, which is why it continues. Unlike raindrops, when snowflakes fall they are silent.

Someone dies. Dangerous product.

Kind of like cigarettes. Light them up, put carcinogens in your lungs. Dangerous product.

Nothing like cigarettes. Guns perform their intended purpose, propelling a projectile down a metal tube due to combustion, and flinging said projectile out of the tube.

Cigarettes are a nicotine delivery vehicle, the tar and other crap are byproducts. Plus, that issue is going away soon because science has now come up with a better cigarette, or more properly, a better way to deliver nicotine.

Lighten Up About Lighting Up

The born-rich are sissies afraid of the Marlboro Man. I had my first clue to the source of anti-tobacco propaganda back in 1965. The anti-smoking fad among the privileged youth was also mentioned in Robert Ruark's The Honey Badger (1965). Of course, the 1% get other benefits, such as having the primarily working-class smokers pay taxes for them.

Actually, it's going away because the Cigarette industry can't market to children anymore... Nobody takes up smoking when they are 30.

The gun industry will go away when people start suing them for all the carnage they inflict.

Vaping will bring in a whole new crop of people who enjoy a nicotine buzz. Cigarettes will go away because someone has invented a better cigarette.

And, no, it won't.

Sorry, bud, most of us are getting a little tired of your fetish and the body count associated with it. It's what happens when you let the nuts take over your movement.

Same tired response from the same tired poster. "blah blah blah, I hate mormons, fuh fuh fuh, I suck government cock"

And the lawsuits against cigarette companies were never that cigarettes were unhealthy, because everyone with a teaspoon of brains KNEW that they were unhealthy. The sticking point was that a) the cigarette companies knew their products were much more dangerous than they told people, and they deliberately lied and covered it up, b) the cigarette companies intentionally, and with malice aforethought, manipulated their products to make them worse than they absolutely had to be, in order to get people addicted, and c) they targeted children to get them smoking, knowing that by the time they were old enough to realize what a mistake it was, they'd be too addicted to kick them.

Guns are not addictive (well, not in the way cigarettes are), and no one is accusing gun manufacturers of deliberately making them extra harmful to users and lying about it, and certainly no one is accusing gun manufacturers of trying to put them in the hands of kids.

Completely unlike cigarettes, when a gun is made and used properly, it isn't harmful to the user at all. In fact, it can save its user's life, which cigarettes can't.

Vaping has already done wonders for many cigarette smokers who could not otherwise kick the habit. The invention of the e-cigarette has done more damage to the tobacco industry than all the government intervention in the world could ever do, and continues to do so. Why do you think the tobacco companies are pushing so hard to get the FDA to regular e-cigarettes? It's so THEY will be the only ones with the money to market them, and they'll be just as dangerous and addictive as tobacco products.

Ironically the tobacco companies are getting help from the more hard-core anti-smoking people. Technology came up with a better way of getting nicotine into one's system, eliminating 100% of the non-nicotine heath issues, but for some reason they want to treat vaping like smoking, and ban it from the same places you ban cigs, even though the after products are completely different.

Oh, the reason is absolutely the big tobacco companies. They're playing the health Nazi zealots - who are all infected with LeftThink "I must control other people for their own good" ideas, anyway - like Stradivarius violins. They pay their tame researchers big bucks to put out studies about how "secretly harmful" e-cigarettes are, with all sorts of vagueness and conflation to hide the fact that the only vaping products they're studying are the cheap cartridge-style ones sold in gas stations, and made by . . . wait for it . . . the tobacco companies themselves. Oh, and the premixed vaping juices manufactured in China.

Then the health Nazis read those studies telling them all these alarmo-stats about dangerous ingredients and harmful health effects, and run around like chickens with their heads cut off, smearing the entire vape industry with the same broad brush.

The health Nazis have been told since forever that nicotine is bad for you, and they either never understood what they were being told or forgot the details five minutes after hearing them. Now they think nicotine itself is bad for you and causes cancer. Of course, nicotine itself is not really harmful at all, unless you have specific health problems that contraindicate the use of a stimulant, ie. heart disease or high blood pressure. And, naturally, pregnant women should be careful of anything they ingest.

This coming from a guy who supports abortion on demand, comical.

Fetuses aren't babies. Never were, never will be.

Women will get abortions no matter what the law is. What do you think they did before Roe v. Wade?

You are still killing something, I support allowing abortions in the first two trimesters, I just don't support Roe. Let Alabama ban it for all i care.

I just have the internal fortitude to admit it, and don't have to do the "fetuses aren't babies" mental exercise to justify killing something.
