Dems told us that Trump is an idiot for being a NY Real estate developer and for not simply "investing" his "inheritance" in the DOW where he would have made a multiple of his current net worth. Let's put aside for a moment that you cannot exchange real estate for stock tax free and Trump would have had to liquidate and THEN invest after tax proceeds. Investing in US equities is a smart long term investment

OK so do you agree that Social Security, which had a similar long time horizon should also be invested in US equities?

Yes. But the chances of that happening are so small - well, they're impossible - that I don't burn time wishing for it.

Even 60% or 80% to mitigate risk would be nice.

Oh, I also mentioned how he likes to talk and give speeches in a very dumb downed manner and was ignorant in terms of policy.

Ignorant means lack of knowledge.
Dumb means lacking intelligence

Trump is ignorant about somethings, but he has a very sharp intellect.
