Ocean currents? Funny how you weren't invoking them when La Nina was slowing the warming. Ocean currents are just an oscillation on a rising mean.
There's no natural explanation for the stratospheric cooling, the polar amplification, the increase in backradiation, or the decrease in outgoing longwave in the greenhouse gas emission bands. AGW theory predicted all of those things. AGW theory is embraced because it's the only theory that correctly explains the directly observed data. That's how science works.
Also note how none of those things involved models. The success of the models is just icing on the cake. The directly measured data proves AGW theory is correct.
