Let me help you out. There are an estimated 393 million guns in private ownership. That comes to around 120 guns per 100 people. And you think half the population is unarmed.

I got to the range about once a month (sometimes more). A group of us usually go. I am one of the more conservative people in this group. Some are pretty hardcore liberals. Some of them even want assault rifles banned (we have had that argument and agree to disagree). But those liberals own guns and can shoot.

And none of them will be arrested if caught with a firearm.

I assume he will, unfortunately, be re-elected. I am rooting for Bloomberg but will be voting for the Greens.

Why would you root for Bloomberg and not vote for him?

I root for him because he is the only one who can go toe to toe with Donald Trump. I won't vote for him because he is a democrat and I refuse to vote for democrats. If he were running as an Independent, I would totally be behind Bloomberg.

Well Bloomberg is more of republican than Trump which by the way he was as Trump was a dem.

Of course we have a new RUSSIA!! RUSSIA!! the Democrats are starting so that will give him another boosts.
Bloomberg is not going to survive, despite his money and the DNC corporatist backing - the people are not cooperating..I mean seriously... the left abhors Trump so I can't see them voting for a mirror image of Trump.
And Bernie will not win a national election in 2020, he might have in 2016 but now most people are educated about him enough to see he will raise taxes on the 90% to provide windfall for poor and minorities.

The only threat is sanders if he can mobilize the youth vote I doubt he can be stopped.

The problem with that is if young people were really energized they'd probably be too smart to vote Socialism.

They could care less about it. You have a guy promising free college, student loan forgiveness, etc. and that's hard to beat. The positive if Sanders could pull it off is a republican senate and moderate democrats. How much he could do with executive orders I'm not sure.

Unless the democrats cheat, and that's a highly likely scenario, or something terrible comes to pass that actually interferes with or stops the presidential election process, then yes—Donald Trump is almost certain to win a second term. However, in the very unlikely outcome of a Bernie or Bloomberg or Butt-Zealot victory, we'll instantly know it was not a result of the will of the American People or their votes. There's just no way, come hell or come high water, America at large is blind enough to commit mass suicide by voting to elect one of the 2020 democrat presidential candidates. Jumping off a very high and windy cliff just after winning the mega millions makes more sense.

I can see you are getting your ducks in line to call Fowl. Let's see, if Rump doesn't win, it's fixed, it's cheats, etc.. Will he refuse to leave the White House? Will he try and do another fake investigation even after the new PResident is sworn in? Will you grab yer shootin' irons and head to Washington to protect him?
