This is the impossibility of proving a negative. While you can prove you went somewhere, there are tickets and receipts and passports, there is virtually no way to prove you didn't go somewhere. Once the state, as the accuser, no longer has to prove their allegations (you did travel), and the burden passes to the accused, it's all over. Any accusation is accepted as true. Cohen could have teleported. He could have smuggled himself out of the country and gone to Prague in the trunk of someone's car. He could have paid cash AND had someone back in the states using his credit cards to create a false trail. I think Mueller knows this, as he has been incessantly attacked by House Republicans, whose only objective since the start of Mueller's investigation, one year ago, was to manufacture conspiracy's in a futile attempt to discredit the DOJ and Robert Mueller.

So Mueller may wait until Democrats are seated as majority leaders on January 20, 2019 in one or both houses before he turns his reports in, and he may use this time to dig deeper into the money laundering schemes, which are time consuming and complicated themselves.

So we may not get the final version until January 20, 2019. A good book to read in the meantime to prepare for the open public hearings that Democrats will be doing once they're the majority in one or both houses is this.
