Everyone knows that the only reason a child should be separated from its parents is if they attempt to interfere with or otherwise prohibit that child's gender reassignment treatments.The Obama administration did not have a policy to separate families arriving illegally at the border. Family separations rarely happened under the Obama administration, which sought to keep families together in detention. Then, based on a court decision, it released families together out of detention.In their 70s and 80s now, a group of former Japanese American detainees rallied outside a military base in Oklahoma on June 22, urging US officials not to repeat America’s shameful history of forcing children behind bars and fences.
“We need to be the allies for vulnerable communities today that Japanese Americans didn’t have in 1942,” Seattle-based historian Tom Ikeda told the Los Angeles Times. Ikeda joined about two dozen of the World War II detainees and their descendants outside Fort Sill.
Gee. Were they there in 2014 when Barry started it all??

Separations under Trump happened systematically as a result of his administration’s policy to prosecute all adults crossing the border illegally. After mounting public pressure and criticism, Trump signed an executive order to stop separating families. Around 2,800 children have been reunited with their families because a court ordered the Trump administration to do so.
Boy are you full of shit. Those photos showing kids behind cage doors were from 2014. Barry was POTUS then. This practice has been going on a long time.
Kids get separated when parents are locked up. If you go to jail your kid ain't going with you.

Separating a child from adults who claim to be that child's parents is silly. So a few thousand smuggled kids slip through the cracks in the custody of child traffickers. Small price to pay for the rest of the kiddos to get packed into the same cell as mommy.
