You are right, it was fully expected in the corrupt climate we are living in today.Apparently, the judge set the bar fairly high as to what the precise issues would be. And ultimately, the judge determined that the plaintiff had failed to meet that burden of proof, citing it as being mostly just speculative.
In reality, the ruling doesn’t surprise almost anyone. Right or wrong, it was fully expected.
They don't call the lower courts of these United States "inferior" for nothing. Very appropriate word for them these days, and especially so.
