Since he was already flagged, a universal background check still wouldn't have stopped him.

He didn't use an Assualt weapon....and to be clear.....Assault weapons, as imagined by anti-gunners, are military weapons...not the AR-15 or other semi automatic weapons....which has never been used by the military and has never been used in war....and is protected by the Constitution.
