That was around the same time the Dithering Donnie was saying "we have 15 cases - soon it will be ten and then five and then it will just disappear!" So now we have 10,000 cases and it doubles every day or two (largely thanks to FINALLY getting some increase testing).

Also around the same time, China was buying 2,000 respirators completely cleaning out a US manufacturer and now we have none.
