Since Obama and his media want to wipe the word “Benghazi” out of existence, it’s the one word they need to hear again and again and again. Obama needs to answer for what he didn’t do. Four Americans -J. Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods- might be alive today if he did his actual job, which is to protect Americans. Instead, he did nothing and has been engaging in a cover up ever since.

We can’t let him get away with it.

We need to make Benghazi stick to him in a way that his media can’t control. I think one way to keep the issue of his dereliction of duty alive is to make Benghazi his middle name.

You folks amaze me. You turned your heads while George Bush sent 4500 young Americans 10,000 miles to die unnecessarily and you can't get over four people who volunteered to be in harm's way and were paid hazardous duty pay each month they were there. You accuse Obama's staff of lying to cover things up about Benghazi and you ignore the fact that the Bush crew told 935 lies in order to convince everyone that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. Next thing we know you'll be wanting to Bom Bom Bom...Bom Bom Iran.

935 Lies (and Counting): Study Documents Bush Admin?s False Statements Preceding Iraq War | Democracy Now!

You left out the fact that under Barry the KIA rate has tripled in Afghanistan since he took over because of Barry's insane R.O.E.'s. The KIA rate is almost equal to that of Iraq in less than half the time. But that's okay cause he's going to tuck tail and retreat in 2014. Little by little Obama's foreign policy in the M.E. will create the Muslim Caliphate the Muslim Brotherhood is pining for. Thank Barry for that.

US Targets Al Qaeda Leaders in Somali and Libya, Ignores Benghazi Perps

October 5, 2013 By Daniel Greenfield

US personnel were sent into Somali and into Libya’s capital to capture Al Qaeda leaders– one of whom was killed during the operation.

American commandos carried out raids on Saturday in two far-flung African countries in a powerful flex of military muscle aimed at capturing fugitive terrorist suspects.

The Somalia raid was planned more than a week ago, officials said, in response to a massacre by the militant Somali group Shabab at a Nairobi shopping mall. The Navy SEAL team targeted a senior Shabab leader in the town of Baraawe and exchanged gunfire with militants in a predawn firefight.

The unidentified Shabab leader is believed to have been killed in the firefight, but the SEAL team was forced to withdraw before that could be confirmed, a senior American security official said.

Thank goodness for that otherwise he would have the ACLU on speed dial.

We lost four good people at Benghazi. People who volunteered for hazardous duty. And our wingnuts have tried to equate that with the events of 9-11. And, unlike in the case of 9-11, retribution for the deed does not have to wait nearly a decade for a President who understands what protecting American lives means.

Assholes like you would rather see Americans killed than our President succeeding in taking the war to the terrorists.

Barack Benghazi Obama: Let’s make “Benghazi” his middle name and let’s make it stick.

Obama gave the order for Defense Secretary Panetta to "Do whatever. Do whatever you need to do to be able to protect, our people there." The military dropped the ball on Benghazi. Benghazi was not Obama's fault. He told a lie about in his political campaign, but every one of those ass clowns lie during the campaign silly season.

PANETTA: "Obama said, "Do whatever. Do whatever you need to do to be able to protect, our people there." He just left that up to us."

Besides Obama already has a nickname that stuck. "Barack I Got Osama Obama"

Does he read newspapers or watch the news?

...

Delusional would be more honest.

The Director of National Intelligence declared the Muslim Brotherhood is "largely secular"; the tide of war was receding ; Benghazi was not caused by an obscure video; Barack Obama has touted Al Qaeda's demise 32 times since Benghazi (it was "decimated" and "on the run"; like Mark Twain, this is a death that has been "greatly exaggerated"; Al Qaeda is "on the run" alright -- all over Africa and the Middle East); a massacre in Kenya is considered by Obama's deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes as a sign Obama's policies are working; Obama's paean and love letter to Islam delivered in Cairo was pure fantasy replete with errors -- a modern Arabian Nights (there are not seven million Muslims in America; Muslims did not create the compass, master printing, pens, or our understanding of disease ; does this self-styled "student of history" just make this stuff up? (Yes he can!)

...

The IRS scandal has all but vanished from the media; Benghazi -- where is that (don't ask Obama, he has a shaky grasp of geography)? Jeremiah Wright and his scathing anti-Americanism -- that quickly became off-limits. Where are questions to him about the trillion-dollar stimulus bust, the crony capitalism, the pathetic economy, the soaring use of food stamps (remember there is only a homeless crisis in America when the Presidents are Republicans) and abuse of the disability program? "Anyone, anyone" from Ferris Bueller's Day Off comes to mind.

The reason Republicans stopped talking about Benghazi......

For the past two years, House Republicans have continued to deprioritize the security forces protecting State Department personnel around the world. In fiscal year 2011, lawmakers shaved $128 million off of the administration's request for embassy security funding. House Republicans drained off even more funds in fiscal year 2012 -- cutting back on the department's request by $331 million.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) acknowledged on Wednesday that House Republicans had consciously voted to reduce the funds allocated to the State Department for embassy security since winning the majority in 2010.
On Wednesday morning, CNN anchor Soledad O'Brien asked the Utah Republican if he had "voted to cut the funding for embassy security."
"Absolutely," Chaffetz said. "Look we have to make priorities and choices in this country."

Report: First Western eyewitness in Benghazi to go public gives account of attack, warning signs

October 27, 2013

The first Western eyewitness to the deadly Benghazi terror attacks has given an account of the seven-hour assault on the U.S. outpost in Libya and says Americans knew such an incident was inevitable.

The witness -- a former British soldier who for decades helped protect U.S. diplomats and military leaders -- told CBS’ “60 Minutes” that Al Qaeda forces first attacked the U.S. Special Mission Compound in which Ambassador Christopher Stevens was killed. Then they launched a second attack on a secret CIA annex about a mile across the city.

“They knew what they were doing,” the security guard told CBS. “That was a well-executed attack.”

To imply that any "cut" in funding caused the death of the four men is absolute bullshit!

If money was available for Obama's lavish vacation, it was available for security in Benghazi when needed!

I would add that Obama's name should be B. Hussein Benghazi Obama.

EYE ON '16: NYTIMES BEGINS HILLARY REHABILITATION

In 7,500-Word Benghazi Piece, Not Mentioned Once

12.29.2013 |Rip Curl

Right on schedule, the New York Times has published a 7,500-word account of the Sept. 11, 2012, attack that all but ignores Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's role and quotes a terrorist saying a supposedly anti-Islam video insulting the Prophet Muhammad "might well have justified" the killing of four Americans.

With their hero, President Obama, flagging badly and in jeopardy of becoming a lame duck even before the mid-term congressional elections, the piece states that "months of investigation by The New York Times, centered on extensive interviews with Libyans in Benghazi who had direct knowledge of the attack there and its context, turned up no evidence that Al Qaeda or other international terrorist groups had any role in the assault.”

The Times also concludes that "contrary to claims by some members of Congress, [the attack] was fueled in large part by anger at an American-made video denigrating Islam."

To be clear, the Times couldn't care less about the Sept. 11 attack, when heavily armed terrorists poured over fences into the Libyan consulate, setting the building ablaze and killing the ambassador. The paper has done virtually no investigative work to uncover exactly what happened that night.

And rather than setting the record straight, the lengthy piece finds that the "reality in Benghazi" was "murkier" than once thought.

Still, reporter David Kirkpatrick declares in one sweeping statement that "Anger at the video motivated the initial attack." And this: "There is no doubt that anger over the video motivated many attackers."

To refresh your memory, that video, "Innocence of Muslims," was posted on YouTube in July 2012. Vanity Fair said the 13-minute video was "clearly designed to offend Muslims, portraying Mohammed as a bloodthirsty murderer and Lothario and pedophile with omnidirectional sexual appetites."

Rand Paul: Obama Sent More Guards to War Memorial Than Benghazi

Rand Paul: Obama Sent More Guards to War Memorial Than Benghazi | Mediaite

@ American_Jihad - do you honestly believe that Obama actually "sent guards" to guard the war memorials?

Furthermore, permission was never asked of Obama to send "help" to Benghazi - that isn't Obama's job; he doesn't make decisions like that. You, presumably know this and are just being somewhat obtuse in the spirit of making this thread, right?

^^^ Sounds like this article was not biased in the least.

Talk about unintended consequences, the NY Times (cover up) story about Benghazi is being laughed at by real journalists and instead of vindicating Hillary, which was clearly it's intention, it put Benghazi back on the front pages. Thank you NY Times.
