This is easy. Biden did the following to raise prices:

• First thing Biden did was sign a stack of EOs about a foot high changing drilling regulations. Stopping work on the Keystone Pipeline.
• Then he did the same thing eliminating Trump policies to throw the borders wide open
• Then he started screwing with the Import/Export industry clogging up ports with ridiculous regulations designed to cause backlogs and shortages
• Then he started selling our national fuel reserve to China
• Also he raised excise taxes on various goods and services just like Obama did when he took office
