Biden should offer Trump a pardon for his part in the failed coup if Trump first publicly admits that there was no fraud in the election. This is not to excuse Trump, but it is to perhaps show some of his supporters they have been lied to. Many won't believe him, but it would go a long way toward convincing the ones who aren't completely crazy yet to embrace reality. The pardon should be specific to that one event, and not include all the other things he is responsible for. Trump might have a chance to get out of his other transgressions, but the coup attempt would put him in prison for a long time, or worse.
Close but not quite.
Trump's intent is to run a "shadow government" and stir up as much crap as he can.
Here's the conditions of the pardon:
No social media access.
No public statements not first approved by the White House
No speeches without approval of the White House
No books or commentary without White House approval
On inauguration day 2025, if Trump has abided by the conditions pardons for him and his kids from the feds and state governments.
Dude couldn’t even run an actual government. Shadow governments are even more work and he’s just not up to the task.
