You really don't get it at all do you? The recent events don't show they are desperate at all. Granted they are taking a shit kicking from Putin and Hollande. But just because their cells are now terrorizing foreign capitals doesn't mean they are desperate at all.

They are now in spectacular fashion committing jihad globally. That was always ISIS's plan.

And have been taking such from President Obama for a lot longer than Putin and Hollande have been involved. That is what you partisans will not admit.
