Sheriff Joe included all 3 written confirmations by the State of Hawaii affirming the validity of Obama's birth certificate in the Maricopa Country Report on the topic, yes? If not, why not? They're immediately relevant.

And Sheriff Joe already asked the State of Hawaii if Obama's birth certificate was valid, right? I mean that's the first thing any legitimate investigator would do. But oddly, Sheriff Joe has never done.

“Late yesterday, our office received the 'verification in-lieu of certified copy' from officials within the Hawaii Department of Health that we requested in March,” Bennett said in a statement released Wednesday afternoon. “They have officially confirmed that the information in the copy of the Certificate of Live Birth for the President matches the original record in their files.”

At the request of numerous constituents, I merely asked Hawaiian officials to verify the information contained within President Obama’s original birth certificate,” he said in the statement. “They have complied with the request and I consider the matter closed.”

Ken Bennett accepted bogus information.

The fact is that the State of Hawaii has repeatedly confirmed that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii- and that his BC is authentic.

Wrong. It depends on age and when Obama was born. His mom wasn't old enough... it's the law.

If Obama had been born in Kenya, his mother would have been too young to have conferred citizenship to him upon his birth. She'd have had to have been a resident of the United States for 5 years after her 14th birthday. And she wasn't.

Not that it has the slightest relevance to Obama's actual citizenship. As he was born in Hawaii. And anyone born in the United States is a citizen at birth.....save the children of say, ambassadors and diplomats.
