Any Job's that blacks choose to work, and are currently being affected by illegal migrants pouring over the border taking those job's can be considered black jobs based on the statistics or numbers... Note the word "choose" in the post, and yes we have markets that are dominated by Americans of a specific race, and if those job's come under attack when speak is spoken such as "African American job's" or "black job's" is stated sometimes, it's usually only done in order to let those being displaced know about what is going on in their effected industries, and why their job opportunities in those fields of employment are going away.
