cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of a building or
grounds where the President or other person protected by the
Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting;

I'm guessing that this is one of those laws Obama wants to ignore.

First, BLM is not a person nor a group of persons as intended by the text of that law. Individuals can be charged with a federal crime.

Second.....who broke that law? Did you read your own post?
