Some "liberals" are no doubt sincere when they say that they feel that they are trying to prevent a very dangerous book from being distributed.

They ask, "Shouldn't Hitler's notorious book have been banned by the German government in the 1920s?"

What to ban and what not to ban is a serious question.

And very difficult to decide.

So long as those protesters do not use any violence, they should have the right to protest outside that bookstore, I feel.

And readers should have the right to buy the book, I feel.

But maybe Herr Hitler's book should have been banned -- and burned, as he did later to so many other books.
