Boy........Did we ever get Schlonged

The Federal Government is a necessary evil. One that when it becomes more than a public servant, should be put back into its proper place.
There s a delicate balance between how much and how little government we need
Do you believe in Darwinism? Do you believe that people should suffer the consequences of their decisions? Both good and bad?

Darwinism in leading to your death for a bad economic decision?
No, I do not believe that
No. Darwinism as in learning from your mistakes. Do you believe that people should suffer the consequences of their decisions? Both good and bad?

Of course you should learn. But the question is, what price should you pay?
Whatever the consequence of your actions. That's how being accountable works. People don't learn anything unless they suffer the consequences of their decisions, both good and bad. This is common sense.

Military, police and fire and the like are absolutely necessary, but they are a liability. Private sector create all jobs that matter the government cannot create jobs... fact
The Government creates tens of millions of jobs.
About a quarter of the private sector owes its existence to government money
The federal government cannot create jobs because those jobs have to be paid for by taxpayers, get it through your thick skull it's economics 101…
The federal government has no money, it's the People's Money. By the way printing paper is not wealth… LOL
Federal Government is an agent of the taxpayers......NEXT
Still the federal government cannot create jobs… Fact

Why do you keep repeating that nonsense?

The federal government decided to go to the moon....that did not create jobs?
No.

The price nature imposes for learning is usually death.

OK...let's look at the example we are avoiding

Paying for healthcare

If you are 25 years old, starting a family. You have to pay rent, utilities, maybe a college loan, car costs, car insurance and food. Your health insurance bill would be an additional $500 a month. You feel healthy and think you can last the year without a serious medical problem. You have never been sick...why not take a chance?
You come down with cancer.......should you die as a "consequence"?

It was only when the government decided to foot the bill that they hired those employees

You're forced to pay for something that might use/happen, that's called legalized extortion. If you choose to pay for that that's no problem, but forcing someone is bullshit. Communist Russia is where that shit is supposed to happen.
See that's the fact, you fuckers are a bunch of control freaks and can't tolerate people disagreeing with you… LOL

You probably have a job that provides health insurance, moron.

The answer to your quandary was in your post. You said "IF the private sector wanted to go to the moon." That's the whole point. The citizens of America didn't want to go to the moon. They certainly didn't want to pay for it.

You do know it's the peoples money not the governments money, and printed paper is not wealth.
Still that equipment has to be designed/built/made and it's the private sector that does all of that - not the federal government. The federal government is a middleman in something like that. All Federal government jobs are liabilities, obviously many are an absolute necessity but still a liability.

Wait a minute. Insurance is not health care, it is insurance. Do you have any idea how much money is wasted on paying for something that does not do one thing for improving health care? It is massive.

Bingo! Insurance should be a choice, should never forced on anybody otherwise it's just legalized extortion.

How? What can the Congress do to create jobs in the private sector? Cut taxes? Will that trickle down to more jobs?

Will fiscal conservatism somehow create jobs, or will it cost jobs by putting civil servants out of work? Less cops, POs, Social Workers, teachers and health centers will have consequences, what do you see will be the effect?

Magical thinking is for children, we need adults to run the nation. Greed is a deadly sin, and I am not optimistic that Trump, McConnell and Ryan have the value system necessary to run a nation which will no longer be of the people, by the people or for the people.

The two words that haunt me, and may very well haunt all of us non elites are Plutocracy and Fascism, they go hand in hand and have become the new normal. Get used to it, those who celebrate today are sure to be disappointed. Will the willfully ignorant have the character to admit voter remorse? I doubt it, the revisionists will make sure to rewrite history and blame Obama and the Democratic Party for the Great Recession, high unemployment and killing the American Dream.
The federal government has never will never create jobs, it can't. It is up to the private sector.
With shitty numbers like two and 3% GDP one can see that when there is more government jobs then private jobs in certain areas that's a failure every time.
The federal government creates millions of jobs in both the public and private sector

the difference is that public sector job are paid for with tax collections, private sector jobs are paid by selling goods and services. It amazes me that you don't understand that.

It amazes me that you do not understand that the government functions as an agent of the people.
The people say......we want you to build schools
The people say....we want you to build roads
The people say....we want a strong defense

The government collects the money and does it

yes, show me where I ever disagreed with that. The government has functions and responsibilities as called out in the constitution. National defense is one of them. A court system is another one. the federal government does not build schools. It grants money to the states to build interstate highways.

No where in the constitution does it require the federal government to pass out money to citizens who are too lazy to work.

Too lazy? If too lazy is a bar they cannot meet, then you are too lazy to do your homework, and thus parrot the meme you've been brainwashed to echo. AFDC was repealed during the Clinton Administration, TANF gave states the right to experiment on payments to the needy.

Educate yourself and maybe, just maybe, you won't continue to expose you ignorance on this message board:

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) - Family Equality Council

Simple post by a simple mind ^^^.

Guess what, the uninsured get run over by cars, fall off cliffs and have heart a attacks, diabetes and AIDS. They go to, or are driven by ambulance, to the ER and receive treatments. They get a bill which they cannot pay and the cost of their treatment goes to the taxpayer.

Getting physical exams is preventative medicine, that you've been told to believe that is not so, and believe it, makes you a fool.

The fact remains the federal government cannot create jobs. That being said obviously military, police and fire And the like are necessary. But they are still a liability because those have to be paid by someone else through Taxes.
Just because the federal government prints paper and calls it money, that does not mean its wealth... quite the opposite is true… LOL
Slash government spending & watch the unemployment numbers go up.
Also all the regulations the Obama regime has imposed on us. Repealing all that crap should be the first order of business.
Repealing environmental, labor and monopolistic regulations will increase profits. History has shown it does not create jobs

It did produce acid rain and a river which once caught fire, great lakes which produced few healthy fish and Love Canal.

I've been smart enough to save money and stay 100% out of debt. So I don't have to worry about insurance or rather the lack of... :lmao:

Our rivers and air have been clean since before the Clinton administration. All environmental regulations passed since then are unnecessary and harmful to the economy.

History has shown precisely the opposite, especially when those regulations are intentionally designed to destroy an industry like the energy industry.

Why do you go out of your way to prove your ignorance. The market system has put the coal industry in second place in the production of electricity, a result of natural gas fired electrical plants. Hydro-electric, wind, solar, & geothermal sources are less polluting and efficient, generally renewable too and a better choice than coal.

Not really, renewables are very unreliable just like the fucks that want to force them on to everybody. LOL

Obamacare has already shown that government mandated insurance doesn't save money. Insurance rates are increasing by 117% in AZ next year.
