breonna taylor -police officer appeals for job back,

Doesn't change anything.....

The cops getting fired on were still defending themselves...the guy shooting, who alleges he didn't know they were cops also has a defense claim...

What part of that is so hard for your brain to compute?

The fact that the officer wasn't fired for protecting himself.

Yeah.......you link is crap....

They had a search warrant for her home.....they announced themselves even though they had a no knock warrant....they targeted her place because she was associated with her ex-boyfriend the drug dealer......

that they maintained a "passive friendship." However, records and recorded jail calls show that Glover and Taylor were in more recent contact,

------------
And yes......the criminal was sending packages to her home....the contents would not have been known by police...

Glover said he only had clothes and shoes sent to Taylor's apartment because he was afraid they would be stolen if they were left at Elliott Avenue.
======

Nothing changes the fact that the police officer who returned fire did so when he was first fired on by the guy in the apartment........he should not have been fired.

We are back to the follow up investigation. The Search Warrant Application said that they had confirmed the packages through the Post Master. The Post Master says he never told the police that Taylor was getting packages. We also have the cops themselves. The officer dispatched said he reported back that there were no packages. The cop filing the warrant said he had spoken to the Postmaster and there were.

Later he claimed to misunderstand the cop who had actually gone when he said no packages. He had no excuse for lying on the application.

So by what factual evidence do you base the claim that Taylor received packages? Please post a link with either a reputable source, court transcripts, or best of all the actual report from the follow up investigation.

He was the one who killed her and shot recklessly. She could have been shot by 50 officers and it would have no bearing on what was being discussed.
how do you know who all's bullets hit her? do you study were every bullet went,?

The cops going through the door did not get the warrant, they were not the judge who signed the warrant......they entered to lawfully do their jobs executing a warrant.......they knocked, announced they were police, and then were fired on...they returned fire...
exactly they had every right to be there.
