Wrong...they did....a witness testified he heard them announce they were police.
Well one who originally said he didn’t hear it changed his story and said he did. So with twelve for and one questionable against I’m not sure we can be certain. The best we could say would be that it is claimed. And by best I mean in the most favorable light of the police.
However that does not even make a dent in the physical evidence.
Let’s say you are 100% right and the cops were poorly trained in their first shootout.
How does that excuse the falsifying of documentation to cover it up? Is that also because they are ignorant of the shootout norms?
How much practice do you need to tell the truth and not falsify evidence?
