Buh Bye Obamacare

Lol
You are constantly paying for other people’s shit in life. Most of it perfectly happy and willingly. You don’t care about people with pre-existing conditions. How proud you must feel about it. I hope you never have one.
Actually, I hope he does.
Lol
If I did have a pre-existing condition I certainly wouldn’t expect anyone else to pay for it, I’m not a fucking coward like that

You think people shouldn't be able to buy insurance from anyone for any price? What a heartless pig.
You’re misunderstanding, people can buy whatever they want don’t give two shits but no one should be forced to buy insurance whatsoever that’s cowardly shit
Lol, Insurance is cowardly?

So I'm guessing you don't have anything as cowardly as a retirement plan either?
Lol
I have collectible firearms and knive some of which are worth more than my house...

When faced with the option of good vs. evil, Trump chooses evil 100% of the time.

In a brief filed Thursday night, Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) sided with 20 GOP attorneys general, led by Paxton, to say that pre-existing conditions protections under the ACA are unconstitutional. The argument in the lawsuit, originally filed by Texas and 19 other states in February, is that eliminating the individual mandate penalty in Congress’ tax bill last year rendered the mandate, and therefore the rest of the health care law, unconstitutional.

Trump campaigned on protecting people with pre-existing conditions. Another lie from the most prolific liar in American Presidential history.
You stupid socialists have fucked up healthcare almost beyond repair. You did it deliberately. Why did you double the cost of insurance with your idiotic policies? Why did you screw everyone?

People can’t afford to pay for other people shit
So, to be clear, like your messiah, you also don't believe people should be allowed to purchase health care if they have a pre-existing condition, right?
It doesn’t matter, the problem exists when you make other people pay for other peoples shit that’s never right

What a fraud. In the other thread you already admitted you did not care about paying for other people's roads you never drive on as long as it was the state taking your money and not the Feds.
What does Road building have to do with healthcare?

With roads you pay for other people's shit, something you claim is a bad thing. You pay for roads you will never drive on, but you do not whine and cry about it like you do this. And sadly you are too stupid to know that even without ObamaCare you are paying for the healthcare of those that cannot pay for it.
Not really, I don’t participate in the Ponzi scheme that is insurance

Only a fool thinks that insurance is on the hook to pay anything anyways

Don't you support Trump’s massive subsidies and tariffs, wherein by design you end up paying plenty for “other people shit?”
What "subsidies?" His tariffs are puny.

How many are going to lose their insurance?

Who cares? Health Insurance and Health Care in general ARE NOT Rights.
In my country they are. How many should die?

We're not in your country, so why do you care? Furthermore, you ask how many should die, yet the statistics show you have better odds of surviving a serious illness or condition in our country than in yours. We don't have to wait six months to see a doctor.

I have two friends who live in Canada and neither do they.

Well I guess that’s your little secret isn’t it

Canada has some of the longest wait times to see doctors, specialists: report
Yep, Canadians come here down to the Dakotas all the time because they don’t want to wait for healthcare

The Republican's signaled what was coming when they refused to repeal the ACA. They further told you what they were doing when they did away with the mandate, that is hastening the collapse. It's all been a game folks.

And when single payer is presented by Trump all his sheep will claim it is the greatest idea ever.
Na, Single payer is unacceptable to anybody with common sense. That’s why Obama loved it

Your savior in the White House is for it, he just lied to you for a little while to get you to support him.
There would be no trump if there was no Obama… Karma is a bitch

How can it possibly be constitutional to force insurance companies to make risky investments? Isn't that how we got into the financial crisis of 08 when insurance companies were forced by democrat administrations to make bad loans or face civil rights litigation? You drift into the arena of fascism when governments force corporations into situations that are guaranteed to lose money. If the government needs to insure terminal patients or patients who continue to engage in risky behavior it's up to the government to fund their health care and not the private sector.

Which is precisely why insurance rates skyrocketed under ObamaCare and many people lost the plans that covered what they required for much more expensive, government sanctioned, comprehensive plans.

America had the best private health care system in the world before ObamaCare came along.

Because centralized control of health care is an incredible nexus of power.

Ken Paxton was indicted on securities fraud, with state charges still pending.

The foremost characteristic of insurance is that your premiums are used to pay for other people who need care. All insurance is a redistribution from lucky people un unluck people.

Nope. Insurance is about sharing risk, not sharing costs. It's not socialism. It's more like Vegas. Odds are you'll pay more in premiums than you ever use in payouts. As long as there are more losers than winners, the house get its cut and everyone goes home happy.

That's how insurance works. And, it's strictly voluntary.

But what is not strictly voluntary is medical facilities and personnel being forced by law to provide care to even those that cannot pay for it.

There is no complaint because they know it will be paid for by others.

A friend spent three days in the hospital and had a coronary stent installed.

Final bill? $37,000. That charge is to cover those who cannot pay.

I know, that has been my point all along. My son spent 3.5 hours in the ER to include a CAT scan and the bill sent to the insurance was for more than 24,000.

Being forced to provide services without pay was outlawed by the XIII Amendment.

Unless you are a medical facility or medical personnel then it is required by law
