This bill will pay for a bridge between Oregon and Washington, and also the new tunnel from NJ to NY that Obama wanted to get done but fat-ass Chris Christie wouldn't let happen. Also a better electrical grid to handle all the wind and solar power coming it's way. And replacing lead pipes, and improving drinking water and sewage and water recycling/conservation in the drought-plagued West.

The cost of doing what you listed is about 1% of the price tag for the bill
