Noted in Louisiana is that Senator Landrieu benefited from a solid vote from blacks, likely not running away from Obama or the policies. ClintonPrez1(?) faulted the Democrats for creating no national political message. Landrieu got only 18% of the White Vote--with all the Republicans running. This time and last time, the 33% is likely the better requirement, for December.

Pro-Democrat group says 9 of the 10 poorest states are Republican PolitiFact Rhode Island

1. 75% of people who have enrolled are happy with the ACA plans, BlackPrez1
2. BlackPrez1 actually sold ACA to the people in the previous election, and then got the Congress to go along. No one consultant had much do with the people, after the fact.
3. The Congress had come into office with BlackPrez1, knowing the agenda.
4. The Economic Stimulus went to work, universally opposed by GOP.
5. The unemployment rate of Bush II, Term II, last two years, faraway will be in the history books as well-exceeding the last two terms of BlackPrez1, in anyone's estimate of likelihoods.
6. There are the Red State stragglers, shorting every market they can think of in their states.
7. 9 of 10 of the Poorest states are not in policy or outcomes supportive of BlackPrez1
8. The Red States did not sign on to the ACA Medicaid expansion.
9. Likely re-elected Senator Franken can note that the GOP House Leadership actually changed, in the 2nd Term of BlackPrez1.
10. The House Majority Leader is from a Blue State, rich with the wealth of options--including under ACA.
11. The House Majority Whip is from a Red State, poor from a lack of options--including ACA.
12. Minimum Wage is opposed by the GOP, but supported at the local levels, now more plural,
in the 2nd term of BlackPrez1
13. Decriminalization Movements are opposed by the GOP, but supported at the local levels, now more plural: In the 2nd term of BlackPrez1
10. Even GOP can elect even male and female blacks into office, without much asking how they did that(?): In the 2nd term of BlackPrez1.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!'
(Soon maybe BlackPrez1, come to California, Lands of Many Nations: And keep traffic flowing between the airport, and the Industry, there.)
