I am not being arrogant, dude. I am basing this on known facts like our military trains each combatant to act autonomously without direction from higher command, unlike commie militaries who dont want their troops to be able to leave their country and defect.

We. Israel, and the UK are the only nations to have higher inflicted casualty ratios than the German Wermacht in WW2, because we focus on quality of our forces and not massive numbers.

I worked for the Navy in the early 80s when this technology was first proposed. We were going to use it to launch aircraft and develop electronic guns

There have been prototypes and a large amount of testing. Our military is just not that in love with the technology. Creates more problems than it solves. Those massive electrical fields are safety issues and mess up many other systems
