Tyrone Woods helped to get about 30 people out of harm's way at the consulate, then he fought hard to keep himself and everyone else alive at the annex. He and the guys fighting alongside him did everything they were trained to do, including "painting" the target. One AC-130U could've saved his life. But it didn't come, even though two had been deployed to Libya in March. In fact our forces in the area were apparently not even on "alert" on the anniversary of 9/11, despite the fact that we'd been warned by other governments that there were threats. It's inexcusable.
