Clarence Thomas and the Billionaire.

He didn't even list a crime on his indictement.

Why do you lie when it is so easy to prove you lied.

Nope. The deep state doesn't take orders from Republicans. The idotic theory that both parties do it has been debunked 10,000 times.

So, Biden runs the DOJ, but Trump did not.

At least you do not even try to hide the fact you are a mindless fucking drone for your beloved party.

And now he is saying he did not know he was supposed to.

Just as we said he would.

Hard to believe a SCOTUS Justice would use ignorance of the law as an excuse....not once, but twice.
If a friend invites you on his boat, that isn't a gift that has to be reported. The IRS certainly doesn't require you to report it.

When you do, that would be the time to start a thread about it. This one is a waste of time.

I found it. They said this billionaire has been taking Clarence on trips for decades?

Citizens United is what Clarence gave him.

It was argued in 2009 and decided in 2010.

The 2010 Supreme Court decision further tilted political influence toward wealthy donors and corporations.

That was easy.

Opinion | The Gaping Hole in the Middle of the Trump Indictment

Every count in the indictment charges Trump with violating a New York felony statute against falsifying business records as part of “a scheme with others to influence the 2016 presidential election” by suppressing a potentially damaging story that Trump had had an affair with a porn star. Bragg could have charged Trump with 34 misdemeanor counts, but under New York law they become felonies if the falsification was done “with the intent to commit another crime.”
This is where Bragg’s indictment has done a disservice to the public and to Trump himself. Beyond a general reference to a violation of “election laws” and a passing reference to taxes, the indictment and statement of facts do not specify what “other crimes” Trump allegedly intended to commit.

Yes it is if the trip cost more than a set dollar amount.

This is not about the IRS, this is about the standards that members of the Judiciary have to follow to avoid the even the appearance of being influenced.

Hell, even people in the military and employees of the Fed Govt have the similar rules.

My wife, a VA nurse, cannot even accept a 25 dollar gift card from a grateful patient/family member.

One of the trips Clarence went on cost $500,000.

Thank you though that you don't really want to drain the swamp. When it comes down to it you defend the swamp creatures. And your dumb ass doesn't even realize who the monsters in the swamp are.

So, you admit you lied.

Thanks, that is progress.

The Daily Show sent a guy down to the idiots out protesting in defense of Trump. The interviewer got the guy he was interviewing to admit that of all the investigations Trump is under, this 32 count indictment is probably the weakest of them all. LOL. Yes it is. More to come. Bigger bombshells closer to November 2024

When progs start indicting Democrat criminals like Biden, then we'll start worrying about Republicans.

Thanks for admitting you are no different than the Dems.

We are making much progress today

You are such a lap dog for the rich. And then you cry that Hunter took money?

If Thomas had chartered the private plane and the 162-foot yacht himself, the total cost of the trip would have exceeded $500,000. Fortunately for him, that wasn’t necessary: He was on vacation with real estate magnate and Republican megadonor Harlan Crow, who owned the jet — and the yacht, too.

Let's look at every vote Clarence has ever made over the years where he sided with billionares and against we the people. I'm sure that will be easy to see any cases where Clarence should have recused himself because he was taking expensive gifts from billionaires.

And do you honestly believe he has never been given CASH from his boy Jim Crow?

Me saying “cry more” = “triggered”?

Is that some sort of DEI Transocrat translation?
‘Yes’ to the first question and ‘no’ to the second. You typed “crying” I typed “triggered”. Seems about the right level response. ChatGPT agrees with me.
