Justice Kennedy, a SCOTUS Justice, a man a helluva lot smarter than you and who is at the top of HIS profession, explained how the government's ACA 'fine' claim was UN-Constitutional and how Roberts exceeded his authority for changing the government's argument....

In response you did not stick with this issue - you had to completely change the discussion from the ACA to assault rifles because you could NOT dispute what Kennedy proved about the ACA!
