McMaster, the national security adviser, who participated in the meeting. “At no time were any intelligence sources or methods discussed, and no military operations were disclosed that were not already known publicly.”

"He also addressed the report in a statement to the press outside the White House:

“There is nothing the president takes more seriously than the security of the American people. The story that came out tonight as reported is false,” McMaster told reporters. “The president and the foreign minister reviewed a range of common threats to our two countries, including threats to civil aviation. At no time, at no time, were intelligence sources or methods discussed. And the president did not disclose any military operations that were not already publicly known.”

"McMaster continued, “Two other senior officials who were present, including the Secretary of State, remember the meeting the same way and have said so. Their on-the-record accounts should outweigh anonymous sources. And I was in the room, it didn’t happen.”

The only way Comey could be in legal trouble- is if Trump were actually trying to obstruct Justice.

If you think that that memo is true- and that you believe that Trump was trying to obstruct Justice- well Trump has more legal problems than Comey.

There's no getting around the fact that if Comey believed Trump was trying to influence his investigation then he (Comey) had a moral and legal responsibility to inform his superiors at DOJ, yet never did so to anyone's knowledge. So he can't very well say that he thought influence was being brought to bear without raising the question of why he didn't report it. Upshot IMHO - there will be no special prosecutor and nothing will come of this other than an awful lot of self-righteous indignation from the Left.

I thought the same thing, plus as usual the MSM shoot their favored party in the foot by opening up the obstruction of justice issue since Obama obstructed Justice a few times and Comey looked the other way, then Hillary has her IT guys help her obstruct justice and even though they pleed the fifth and get illegally financed by Clinton to pay their lawyer fees, Comey avoided investigating the witnesses who have proof the IT guy (Paul) were asking how to strip out emails and remove the evidence and were even warned by people that it was illegal so they And Comey can't play the unintentional or didn't know card.
