Sure, People can procreate outside of marriage. And there are millions of people who get married who don't have kids or can't have kids. People over the age of 50 don't have kids even if they marry at such a late age. So you must understand that marriage and procreation are not correlated 100% of the time although often they are by nature of circumstances. It's a simple concept to understand.
