If his actions persuade patients to get vaccinated, I would guess it would be worth the money he loss as he will be fulfilling his oath as a doctor, "to prevent disease whenever he can". A question that occurred to me is, if refusing patients is a doctor’s right and if it is a common practice, why did this make the news?
My view on this is that this is more a statement to the unvaccinated. I read an article the other day, I think it was in Psychology today in which a clinical a psychologist answered the question of why intelligent people refuse to take the vaccine in spite of all the scientific evidence. He maintained that most of those that actually refuse to take the vaccine do so for exactly the same reason, a 6 year old refuses to eat his spinach regardless of the threats, reasoning, and cajoling of the parents. Many people never grow out of rebelling against authority, employers, landlords, or goverment. Charge them $100 for the vaccine, and they will jump in long line to get the vaccine while government pleads with people that there will plenty for all.Maybe, maybe not. But this vaccine was rolled out in record time and this made my antennas twitch. It further caught my attention when people started turning it into a political and moral issue. When they started cajoling and badgering us relentlessly to GET VACCINATED!!, I instinctively drew back.
I refuse to live in fear of this disease and in fact, I’m not worried at all because I’m confident I will weather it just fine. And even if I was 100% convinced the vaccine is not dangerous, I probably still would not get it.

The viral load being received by a person wearing a mask will be much less dense due to dispersion and will enter the mask from front and on the sides where masks tend to leak. Thus, "I wear a mask for you and you wear a mask for me." Mask are very effective at reducing the density of a viral load being coughed, sneezed, or breathed out by the wearer.That doesn’t make any sense. The doctor is not refusing these people treatment if they follow doctors orders which includes being vaccinated. Doctors refuse to see patients that refuse to wear a mask. Doctors have dropped patents that refuse medical advice for centuries. Pediatricians will not accept patients that will not be vaccinated. Doctors have drop patient that refuse to stop smoking. The primary duty of all doctors is for the care and safety of patients. Patients that refuse to follow medical advice simply have to seek help elsewhere.I’m not sure that applies.
